How do I join The Irie Collective?
Create a free Crystal Irie account. Your 200 welcome points will be added through the rewards program.
How do I redeem Crystal Points?
Sign in, open the Smile rewards panel, and choose the amount you want to redeem. Every 100 points gives you $1 toward an order.
How are VIP tiers calculated?
VIP status is based on Crystal Points earned during the calendar year. Quartz begins immediately, with new benefits unlocking at 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000 points.
When do referral rewards arrive?
Your $5 reward is issued after the friend you referred completes their first qualifying order.
