All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exception – Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@crystalirie.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work to make it right.
